Dunvant Male Choir - Musical Director required. Due to the forthcoming retirement of our Musical Director after 20 years of dedicated service, Dunvant Male Choir is seeking to appoint a new Choral Conductor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the musical leadership of the choir, including repertoire selection, rehearsal direction, and concert preparation, working closely with the Committee and accompanists. We are an established and committed male voice choir with a strong sense of community and a desire to maintain and further develop our musical standards.

Applicants should have relevant experience in choral conducting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and develop singers of varying experience. A willingness to build on our existing repertoire while introducing new material would be welcomed. Rehearsals take place twice weekly, and the role will be offered on a self-employed basis, with remuneration agreed per rehearsal and performance. Neath Male Choir / Côr Meibion Castellnedd are seeking a permanent Musical Director as soon as possible. We are very keen to welcome a new leader to the family of Neath Male Choir.

We welocme applications from competent musical candidates, preferably with experience, however this post would be suitable for Music ctudents who wish to gain experience in this field as part of their course.

The successful candidate would work with the accompanist to lead the choir in singing their current repertoire and learning new repertoire during rehearsals, which are held once a week for 2 hours between 7.00pm - 9.00pm on a Friday evening at Skewen Methodist Church, Skewern SA10 6HG. They would also lead the choir in various concerts and events throughout the year.

Côr y Gyrlais - Ystradgynlais based Welsh male voice choir require accompanist - are not only looking for new members, but we are also in the market for an experienced accompanist to join us for a journey of fun and music. So, if you are pianist, preferably with experience of working with choirs, and can commit to a Monday evening weekly we would love to hear from you. Anyone interested and with time to spare on Monday evenings just get in touch, or come along to Cwmtwrch Welfare Hall. We rehearse from 7pm until 9pm. Cardiff Male Choir - Accompanist required. Due to an upcoming retirement Cardiff Male Choir is looking for a new accompanist to join the choir’s Music Team. The post will share, with an existing accompanist, cover for weekly rehearsals, events and functions as well as assisting in creating learning parts for choristers. The Choir normally perform 2 major concerts per year, as well as weddings and corporate events. The choir has 48 choristers and rehearses on a Wednesday Night between 7pm and 9pm in Whitchurch Rugby, Sports and Social Club. We are a charity and support other charities and charitable organisations in the area, as well as further afield. Rates of pay are £175 monthly payment, plus a £50 payment for each event.
